Frequently asked questions

Which forecasting method does Wyzestock use?
Holt-Winters seasonal forecasting for items with at least a year of history; a flat or category-based forecast for newer items; an average for occasional sellers; and none for items that have stopped selling. Components are forecast from finished goods through the recipes.
Can we override the forecast?
Yes. A manual forecast per finished good per month replaces the calculated one, and is highlighted wherever it is used.
Who receives the morning email?
The people you add in Settings. They do not need a Wyzestock login.
What happens if the data does not load?
No report is sent that day, and Wyzestock support is told straight away so it can be fixed.
Does it follow our working days?
Yes. Weekends, public holidays and shutdowns are left out of the working days used for the run rate and the target.
